I don't have better torsos and weapons so my question is, Is this weapons good or not

I would say it's pretty good, but you should start upgrading Nightmare (a common to divine torso) since it's a better torso, and change your legs if you get a better one.

Weapons? Pretty good.

Torso and Legs? Not good.
