Try restarting the game or your device or something... Could work maybe

Looking at the error message it gives you it looks temporary. Some API service of Facebook is offline at the moment which makes logging in through Facebook unavailable for the time being.

Clear cache and or reinstall the game.

well, I tried to log in the same account on my notebook and the following message appeared "Facebook is experiencing problems, you can play again when Facebook get back." so I'm more relaxed in the meantime
