arena rank 1, 3, 5 and 7 boxes drop them.
Furthermore A, S and S+ clan war boxes.

You can also get them in portal events. I got all my epic accsesion relics there!

Just play arena and farm. Divine items are good, but the difference of 20-30 damage or health only matters in a high arena. Don't bother with divine items and upgrade other items.

any generally competent clan will grant you ascension relic provided if you do clan-based activities actively like clan wars.
