Help this guy out

These are everything I could get in 2/3 weeks that I have been playing this game. 

Not a pretty inventory...yeah

I don't see many players using ultra bright in higher ranks so I kind of don't want to myth it right away but hot flash is certainly not something to myth right now as heat management is the biggest problem for me. 

I am confused of what would be the right decision in this case. 

Help plz.

Are you going for an energy drainer or a dmg based energy build? That would help to tell you what items to look out for, and which to upgrade

A drainer for now I guess as all the dmg based weapons should be the premium ones.

Well in that case 

Malice beam, hysteria, hot flash, (you already have one)

EMP, the electrical version of the shotgun works both for dmg a d drainage. Drones that work are face shocker, electrolyte, the e-m backfire drone

 Now the premiums of drainage (incase you get lucky)

Bright roar, unstable power cell,

Hybrid energy cannon, valiant sniper, the other three snipers as well, party crasher, prem drones: railgun, backfire prem drone (I forgor ), winforge is actually a decent drone.

 

Oh and bunker shell ofc

I may only be rank 13-12 but  I been here for a while so ok how to atleast make a mech decent
