Rate it, I have all the items to make it

6.5/10 I don't know know what build is this? It look like will work in high ranks but there's a problem. The cooling needs improvement it's weak against good cooling based heat mechs  and the physical resistance is slightly low and the health is average at best.

the cooling is fine cus heat cap is good. For some reason the game gave me 3 forts and one max protector (which is being used on mech #1 and 2) and it wont give me phys forts. Health is ehh...as soon as my res is gone im done. This is for a 3rd mech btw

You could change the hammer and Drunken Lightning for a Rock Recoiler, then I think you would have enough spare weight for a charge as well.

And Charge > teleport on a build like this.
