When next portal

Is there anyone who knows when there are normal portals (apart from those for various events, e.g. halloween)? Or has a portal calendar been created? Because I never know when the next one will come out.

A part of being developer we can't know when i portals arrive, maybe one for Valentine's day but not sure .
