Yes, you download the game. Sometimes it bugs out and won't load, but restarting the game fixes the problem.

I currently play on pc and mobile. Just downloaded the game on pc and been playing on it since. Not too much different than before flash died.

While playing normal i use desktop version and while i want to grind speedy in portal or events i use flash puffin.
