Even with 190+ cooling it's really easy to shutdown you. And even with 500+ energy, many can energy break you(not in a first turn). So let's be honest, your mech's stats aren't really good. Upgrade your modules. And guys, let's stop this "mech stats stuff". It's OKI DOKI's topic about the farming. Not about our mechs.
