Yep, that is right. SM's matchmaking is sure hell sometimes but you can always find new trick to stay in the ranks you love. Like me a F2P want to get to rank 5 but don't have enough mechs power to stay for at least 2 days (bruh). I've decided to stay in rank 7 to gather more resources. In case you don't know that rank 7 boxes are the best rank boxes in the game, because they can be found easier for everyone than the rank 5-1 boxes and they also have everything we need: E-M, L-M, even epic and legendary relics sometimes! So i'm gonna stay here for a while to become stronger slowly but surely and maybe somedays i will ram open the gate to the higher rank and defeat CleverNameSM (LOL).

No it is still pretty OP in the ranks between 25-5. It just isn't the meta item in rank 3-1 anymore. I play in rank 9-5 a lot so i know what exactly the meta items in there. Don't just think one item isn't in the high ranks meta anymore doesn't mean it is completely useless.

That will be too OP man! Even i am a F2P still can win for 5 legendaries. Why don't you just think of something more BIG BRAIN... like a battle pass!

I really recommend saving a lot of tokens to buy the offers that have the items you need to boost your mech power and not for buying premuim boxes, you should only buy the premium packs in special events like increase item droprates or black friday discounts,.. -
Update: I am no longer playing PvZ 2 anymore. I feel like these update in the game didn't fit me well. Although the game is very F2P friendly but i think PvZ 2 has changed from a strategy game to a P2W so much. You just need to spam premium plants to win while the other F2Ps are having an insane grinding. I am going to try another game in google play. So now @nas-1 is the manager of this topic, i will not be longer in charge of anything. Have a good day!

First thing that i want to thanks Alexander and all Gato Game staffs for add a new portal! I guess this portal will reappear again for some months, right @Alexander? I farmed a bit but haven't got any relics yet so i can't show the drops for now. (just got normal items like common, rare and epic) Can we get legendaries in this portal? If anyone got one please post it here. And now good luck to everyone for farming in this portal!

My brother played SM in 2017 and introduced it to me. At first, I didn't care for it so much until 2018 summer... I try it and love the game so much that I even stay even in the game worst state. -

Update: Stickybomb Rice battle pass has arrived! This is my most favorite plant because its origin is from the rice plants in Asia which where I was born and live. Finally EA put some more attention on Asia plants! Well... and i see it is a pretty good plant as well. I highly recommend you should unlock this plant. Here some tips to get its seeds more easier: 1. Do battle pass will give you a lot of seeds but don't grind for too much because you may need to save some gaunlets for the next seasons. 2. Playing special events can reward you with some seeds as well (I got 46 Stickybomb Rice seeds while playing how lucky i am in this game) 3. My favorite is that you can buy 10 seeds in the shop offer for a limited time. Now good luck for getting this plant, gardener!

What did you just say!? 280 L-M! That's insane grinding! I have played for 2.5 years and just got some few decent items... I usually farm for 9-12 hours per week, i farmed in OD6 as you said in the old forum because it is good. Sometime i try to farm some fortune boxes but my luck didn't help me much... I also save A LOT OF TOKENS to buy offer and it help me boost my progress in game very much. (sadly that most of the offers came at the times that when i was out of tokens... BRUH) The best items i have now are Heat Monkey torso and Energy Monkey torso, flaming scope, the claw, L-M heat hook, rolling breasts and selfish graudian. I guess i have to wait for another 2.5 years to get the L-Ms that I want LOL.

I used to play the original version of this game a lot when i was a kid. When the second ver came out, I did tried it and it is very fun until EA update a bunch of new god tier plants which need $$ to obtain. I decided to quit... until now. I'm a pretty good F2P player right now, so I decide to come back again. Bruh... EA still updating a bunch of new premium plants which costs money. But now i know what to do. There is a new tournament mode which made the game more P2W. The story mode got change a little bit, I'm a veteran now so I can easily beat all levels and events. I will post my progress here. Come and join me if you want to feel the childhood once again...
