To be honest with you, smurfing isn't something that only happens lately, it has always been there, and will probably always be.
Buying stuff instead of having boxes might seem good at first thought, but it really isn't. This way everyone will juust go for meta stuff at the start of their SM career and there won't be any build diversity whatsoever.

Best advice there is: just upgrade your gear.
Play missions you've already completed which have a lot of gold as reward, upgrade your stuff and try again.

They don't say to send a new Email, they say that you need to reply to their Email (the Email in the picture of your message). What you got is an auto-reply to decrease amounts of spam, when you reply to this Email it will actually reach a support employee.

Perhaps before doing a coinflip look at the times when participants eere able to fight or reach out to their opponent.
I've seen plenty of people in this and past tournaments just saying '@XXX can you play now', and going offline 10 minutes to an hour after.
Some players will actually say ' I'm available tomorrow from X time to Y time'. This gives their opponent plenty of time to read the message and see if they're available as well at those times.
Imo if something like this happens between opponents I'd let the opponent who says the latter pass, as they can communicate well, and will also in the upcoming rounds.

It basically means you've watched too much ads and are in cooldown afaik.

Guessing that it works normally with other apps It might be that you have some permission settings set wrongfully. Just look in the app specific setting of SM and see if you can find something that has to do with the keyboard.I'm not too sure if this problem is related to the game, or to your device.

@Wombat You can determine the fighting format with your opponent, be it 1 game, 1 game at each range, 5 games, 9 games, etc...

Then change your password, just press the 'forgot password' button and you can change it. Be sure you have access to the Email address connected to your account in order to do this.
Another option is to go to the following link:

Log in with your SuperMechs credentials and go to your account settings and look for the 'change password' button.
