Energy Defense Breaking Weapon

I have the "Viking Hammer" and it would be more efficient if I had a weapon to break one's energy defense before I use it. I currently use the "Faithful Steel" and "Unreliable Protector" to do this but it isn't enough.

use a resistance breaker/massive lightning feet/lightning recoiler

There's something u would want called'blizzard dissolver'and it start at epic as rarity
