is energy fortress a good defense module?

i got it form my level 110 award,   consider it  a high end tier item, also i dont like using energy sets, so i dont have a mind to use it or idk, i need opinions

yes, it is very important for many designs. Sometimes players skip that one to manage modules and HP set ups, but it is an essential part for almost all mechs combos. You need that baby.

Campaign

Clan War

Raid

and Arena

A lot of people get all three ene forts last, so lucky you.
