About a week ago, I made a post about my failed transaction, taking my money without delivering the items. At first, I tried asking google for a refund but the purchase "didn't qualify for a refund under their policy". I then decided to contact support so that I could get the items that I paid for. I sent all the proof including the receipt and transaction ID, and they responded by telling me to contact Google Play (their last email was 4 days ago) for a refund, to which I explained that it was not possible. They wouldn't even tell me if I could have the items sent to my account, ignoring all my emails.
I had no choice but to contact Google Play. Again, no refund, but they sent me the direct app developer info and told me that within 2 days, if I received no response, they would report the problem. I sent an email to BOTH the support email and the the one Google sent, and guess what, NOTHING. This is absolutely ridiculous for the state of the game, I know the game is not doing well but I cannot even get something as simple as support.
I adressed this problem to Google Play since it's been over 2 days and the developer will likely get reported. More than a week is enough patience for me over a few bucks. I feel scammed and extremely disappointed in the current state of the game.
