yes, support might help out.

Very strange. 

So, earning gold farming or from the base do not revert the issue? I mean, if you farm you earn gold and can go against the negative effect in the account.

did you use auto clicker to craft items? I also encountered this bug once, by using an auto clicker to craft lots of items. but it will restored if you cancelling all the craft-in-progress items on your factory.

The problem fixed after a day. I received the items and I earned the gold back.
