Cannot open text boxes on mobile

Can't change my name / attach a super mechs account to my google account. Can't log in from PC to my account, as you can't log in through google. Recently came back to the game and that's the first issue I've noticed.

i need to click several times in quick succession to even open the text box, and when it does open, it immediately closes not allowing me to type anything.

Guessing that it works normally with other apps It might be that you have some permission settings set wrongfully. Just look in the app specific setting of SM and see if you can find something that has to do with the keyboard.

I'm not too sure if this problem is related to the game, or to your device.

No settings/permissions have anything to do with it, it's app specific.
