Hardened Platinum Vest

I think HPV needs to be buffed. In my opinion, the following buffs should be made:

1. Increase HP from 960 to 1050 or 1100.

2. Slightly increase energy capacity and regeneration.

It's pretty weak, especially in terms of HP, so I hope you agree.

Its deserve both good HP maybe 1150 or 1240

Its basically molten platinum vest with higher heat cap but low HP and being energy counter rather than phsycial

My stats proposal:

Max level HP:1250

Energy capacity:333

Heat capacity:333

Cooling:109

 Energy Regeneration:109

Phsycial resistance:31

Energy resistance:71

Heat resistance:71

Those stats are with arena buffs

By making it have balanced stats and be heat and energy counter apposed to molten and lightning platinum vest being phsycial counter

HPV is an energy counter torso so it makes sense
