I want to change my account's password because I forgot it.

Are you entering the current username of you account. Or the user name you use to log in ingame?

You should use the latter.

Yeah, I used the one I used to log in game but it isn't working...

Welp, that is the only way to reset your password. You are entering something wrongfully, otherwise it would function normally
