Secret weapon???

He (heat guy) has a heat weapon that knocks you back 2 squares and needs no electricity(side weapon, you can just barely see it).

I've never seen it before and in the super mechs workshop site the weapon isn't there

and from the sound of it the weapon you saw is an old legacy weapon, not really a secret

Probably  a legacy player that have still save a legacy side weapon i guess ..

Never got it unfortunately. There's a lot of legacy items I wish I kept and had from whenever reload first happened.
