Nope, legendry's can drop from fortune boxes, special portal boxes, but not normal mix boxes or silver boxes, if they did it would be to overpowered as Battalion said,- 1

If it dropped legendary, it would become overpowered... Yes, it could have a very small chance, but it would make Premium Boxes useless. So, I disagree with the idea of Mix Boxes dropping Legendaries. As for the idea of the Common items dropping less frequently from Mix Boxes, I agree.- 1
