Countering Duel Frantics

So, as a rank 12 person. I’ve been seeing a raise in duel frantics and are becoming difficult to defeat since they have 300+ cooling, and at least 200+ regen. Any ways to counter duel frantics?

The only counter is a build with three frantics .

But for reals they kick my butt every time as well. Few times I win is when they actually hit 200 or less. This is very rare though
