Is it allowed to build a 4k hp mech with no res and energy on your main so you can get the 500 dmg shot achievement on your alt?

Abusing multiple accounts in other ways isn't advisable, however.

What Stefix said.  You'll manage it some time in campaign anyway, particularly if you have a maxed Frantic Brute.
