The problem with the game !

Hello Forum ! I apologize for bothering You . I also had a problem with Super Mechs , but I don't know why . For example : I had 338 tokens , I bought a Premium Pack and it was written to me that it is processed and it takes a long time , after I reset the game and when I entered I saw that it had taken my tokens but the Premium Pack items do not appear and now I'm left without them . Do you know what it is and how to get it back to me ? I really needed some items .

Maybe you had already gotten the items into your inventory. It could have been all purples. Also check your unclaimed inventory it could have ended up there

I looked at my items in the inventory and they were the same and for example If I had them in the inventory I had to write ,, new item " .

It doesn't say "NEW" if you reset the game.

pretty common glitch. the stuff'll just get smooshed into your inventory. and you'll just have to go looking for them. good luck hunting.
