How are people getting such high resistances?

I have all kinds of maxed out modules and cannot get close to those numbers?

My level is 195.

I have been as high as rank 4. 

What am I missing?

Probably ,also the forteress give 97 resist (except the physical version )

i have maxed arena boost, lvl 1 myth phys protector and maxed non divine vest and that gets me 154 res.

Its becoming obvious now.  I need to max some stuff I never have used and wait for better modules from crates.

The. problem is the torso is only legendary, get it up to mythical and you'll see the max number

And if you see someone with Over 200 in shield, thats not possible, is a hacker
