I would keep asking every week or month, in a nice and calmly way.  The 1st time you asked, you should have givin them 3 months. After that, should had been every 1 month. Give them your acct info. Like user name and The ID.

good but how do I give you my information since I am Spanish-speaking and I don't understand very well since I use a translator
