what is base

Hello, i havent played this game in a while and when i open it up, it tries to get me to go into settings and turn on base, what is this, i have not done it yet, should i?

ok so basically base allows you to build structures, there are currently 2 types of buildings you can make, item factories and coin farms

I hope you didn't enable it without more information. The base replaces silver boxes. Instead, you build cards in item factories. You can upgrade these factories for access to different kinds of cards. You can also build and upgrade gold mines that generate gold. Idk if it's worth it or not; base is a big investment in terms of both gold and time, but the gold mines and specific item type/rarity choices are nice.

Base is well worth it if you have patience and are willing to grind a bit to get it upgraded to start with.  If you don't want to spend that time, don't enable it (you can always go for it later).  But if you enable it, don't, whatever you do, start a topic asking (a) how to disable it (b) why it hasn't been disabled yet.  If you do that, people will want to find out where you live and come round and push dog's eggs through your letterbox.
