What should I max first?

Im grinding to level up my power kits and upgrade some stuff but Im wondering what should I max first?(weapons is mythical around level 1-20.)

head and legs should be maxed first then weapons then modules :))

I have enough purple accension relic to divine it when its maxed. Is it worth 1 million gold coins? Or should I just stay at level 50 and focus on leg?
