It's ok ... for low ranks but not good for mid to high ranks.  But the stats need a LOT of work.  Mainly your modules.  With all due respect, I would do this, if it was me (and it might be in about a week due to drops)

If you really want, you can substitute an iron plate for a heat engine, but I wouldn't.  I don't think iron plates are enough hit points to be worth it for the arena or the campaign.  But feel free to disagree with me.

I had no clue what your drone is, so I guessed with Nemo.

But if you get a platinum plate, I would substitute one of those for one of your heat engines.
