Increase the reaction limit

Some of my fellow pilots and I found the reaction limit to be a bit too low
It would be great if you increase it from 20-->35

PS: Idk if the like limit increases once you go from rookie->pilot in training->certified mech pilot

It doesn't currently, but we'll add more senior groups (once the forums have existed for a while) with higher limits

 

This will be based primarily of reputation.
