    Last year, there was a portal for July the 4th paints. Unfortunately for us, the devs aren't all that generous with portals (especially since alex won't give us the cinco de mayo perk anymore) so unless they choose to give us one sooner, the next portal will most likely be on July 4th. Of course, anything can happen, since July the 4th used to be just a chance to buy paints with tokens. If that happens, the player base will riot 😛

    i think it's plain to see which items aren't balanced at all, even without having to go through thousands and thousands of simulations. it's there in the numbers.

    gato released their first balance changes weeks/months after taking over, and now that it's been over a year since the obvious "un-balance", this is the excuse you put for the devs? boy i wish you the best holding out your hope. 

    again, putting words into my mouth. you're not going anywhere trying to run this narrative by me. like really, nowhere was this idea of "disliking ushering in the new gen" mentioned.

    also untrue. wow, its like people don't have alts in this game.

    but to address whatever this is, just because others get meta items, doesnt mean the item is balanced. your framing of this is just a blatant attempt of trying to discredit my arguments.

    i've seen the power of the fortresses/dual mods. it feels dirty to me using it / getting beaten knowing the opponent carries them. call it "whining", idc. alex said he's gonna release e-m variants of the dual mods. yeah sure buddy.

    hopefully he will keep stringing you along, like cattle to the slaughter, before pulling the plug (and plugging it in again)

  3. For a sniper build to work, it can't COMPLETELY depend on the scopes to win, because if the opponent is smart and avoids the scopes, you won't win. The strategy behind a sniper build is to push your opponent into scope range so that they move and waste a turn to avoid the scope, or you get a scope shot on them. But if you can't kill their mechs with your non-scope weapons only, you don't have a well functioning sniper build. Use your shockwave drone for extra push, but I'll let others decide the side weapons. And the heat stats are too low, heat mechs are meta dominant right now. Energy regen is more important than energy cap, because once you've been drained, you won't be able to recover your energy back. Use more engines instead of just storage units. Sorry for the long paragraph, but I think these advices should help.

    Alex says that Cinco de Mayo is only celebrated largely in a few U.S states; the sombrero will most likely no longer be attainable.

    I'm not sure what you mean by bringing up Roblox.

    Super Mechs is a turn-based game entirely based on robots battling each other. How would you go about adding more "genres" to it?

    The farthest I think we could go would possibly be a more intricate story mode with an actual story instead of a few 5 second cutscenes, or multiplayer 2v2 arena battles. with 4 people, 2 on each side. Even with these ideas i literally just thought up now, they still connect to the main base of the game: robots battling each other.
