It's not Google its the game platform supporting it that's the problem. I play other games with free ads and they're fine!

I used to be able to watch 4 ads an hour for free tokens but now it just crashes the game after 1 ad.
Similarly I can't watch an add for a larger reward in the arena as again it crashes the game.
Been like it for a week now.
Do any other players have this?
@Alexander is this a known issue?

My point is that we're human and we have a negativity bias by default. We tend to remember the bad more than the good. It's how the human brain is wired.
So my point isn't "you're wrong." My point is let's prove it or disprove it. Let's run a scientific data collection on 40+ premium pack openings and see what the data says. We can get close to guessing the real drop rate easily if we do that.
But to be valid it would need to be 1) all of them, 2) with screenshots.
Like I said, I'm pretty sure @CleverName did this on the old forum. (I'm only pinging him to see if he is interested in replying.)
So as I've said CN is a lot 'luckier' than most players.
You would need players with my luck and maybe a regular luck person and CN... A wide spread.... All to open 40 boxes at the same and then see the results. Then take the average across them. 1 player who is known to be close to the owners and maybe slightly privileged, possibly even given increased rates when doing these videos is not a good guide for the rest of us mere mortal players!
You need an even spread.... We don't have that.... As such I will take my own experience and results... And as I've already eluded to I've opened 30 boxes and had 4/5% Legendary results!

You think a player that's played for over 8 years hadn't opened over 40 packs?
10 or 15 packs in a row will also offer up statistics based on CN theory!
Also not many players spend CN money so that would be using an unrealistic variable, and as I eluded to earlier he does appear to be 'luckier' than most. Or maybe I'm just unlucky.... I have often been referred to as the unluckiest player in the game.
I have opened 30 packs at 1 time during my biggest spending and around 4/5% return on Legys was achieved!
I could buy and open 40 packs... But that would be putting a lot money in Gatos pocket which I'm not prepared to do, but that's not for this topic.

This means probably that (using QBASIC) the logic is IF RND(0)>0.75 THEN LEGENDARY=1 etc.
So stop saying "well I opened a box and got no legendaries." That's not how random chance works.

I am a statatician by trade and can assure you that's exactly how it works. Without seeing overall statistical analysis of everyone in the game, I can only judge it on my 8 years experience whereby I have received less than this amount.
Also you would have to factor in that there are 5 items in each pack and how many legys were in the gold packs... As I say the maximum I have had is 2 in any 1 pack over 8 years!
It is far less than 25%. For me it's under 10%.... Down near 4/5%.
Maybe Clever is just 'luckier' than me
Send me all the data for a year or since Gato took over and I'll happily run a proper statistical analysis for you.... Until then I'm right and the drop rates blow.... For me!!!

@Alexander as a vet of the game in a clan full of other vets I can confirm you are wrong with your assumption. A good developer will notify their players and run planned downtime. Other games do it regularly and don't have anywhere near as much as yours! They also don't cost as much as yours, another sad irony! I've never seem any of your compensation as I left the forums, the majority of other players not in the forum won't see these 'benefits' either.
I have the facility to spend money and am definitely not a free to play player, another wrong assumption. I have and continue to spend money on the game, mainly for my sons sake who plays my account when I invetably get bored of its and you the developers antics.
Your reply shows ignorance and disdain rather than acknowledgement of a veteran players concern, trying to condone your actions is pretty poor.
Yes people are bored and need distractions during a national pandemic, rather than trying to profit from that financially why don't you try to profit by making the game more enjoyable and introducing new items to disrupt the top down money spenders mentality?
Myself and the majority of my clan could buy our way to the top, but choose not to because of the aforementioned reasons!
Having spoken to your top spender Mr Money Bags himself Clevername, I can confidently say I earn similar if not more money, however unlike him I'm not prepared to spend that amount in your game!

@Alexander Think you've missed the point. As a business you have let your customers down. Instead of running with your ridiculously over priced offer, I'd of dropped something the players and your customers want! Not a deal to make you and the other developers money! You just keep letting us down again and again. I am not the only player that feels this way! I just don't ass kiss like most of the people that reply to this will!
Maybe a weapon for tokens deal would of been more appropriate? But hey just my opinion!

Been back a little while. The game has actually got worse! Who'd of thought it!!!! Yeah I did!
Games been down for hours today and yesterday.... How do they repay us? Why don't you spend some real cash even though the world is in a pandemic and people are dying!
Also they can't even get the picture right on the deal!
