Play an arena match or restart your game, should be fixed then.

Then change your password, just press the 'forgot password' button and you can change it. Be sure you have access to the Email address connected to your account in order to do this.

To be honest with you, smurfing isn't something that only happens lately, it has always been there, and will probably always be.
Buying stuff instead of having boxes might seem good at first thought, but it really isn't. This way everyone will juust go for meta stuff at the start of their SM career and there won't be any build diversity whatsoever.

Best advice there is: just upgrade your gear.
Play missions you've already completed which have a lot of gold as reward, upgrade your stuff and try again.

Im now debating between choosing 9 actual paints or 9 brown paints

They don't say to send a new Email, they say that you need to reply to their Email (the Email in the picture of your message). What you got is an auto-reply to decrease amounts of spam, when you reply to this Email it will actually reach a support employee.

I did that and so far no response
So I guess I will have to wait now

sometimes give a bit of time. I know that sometimes you get an offer and have a delayed time for some reason maybe like a day or two. They fixed a lot of issues and worked on that too. I had the problem like 4 times always got the offer
