Clan bug reward and can't claim the titan reward which hangs the game

Tell me what should I do now.

1. I can't switch clan

2. I can't claim the reward which should be B rank but i am getting C tier reward(this is the second time I am getting loser reward. I heard that clan rewards are bugged but i didn't saw any solution for this)

3 .I  also cannot visit shop or war or titan which are crucial for advancement in game

4. The game hangs as soon as it shows the c clan box reward option(i tried clicking on X button but it doesn't work)

Sorry, I forgot the problem. I had the issue multiple times trying to claim and needed to reduce or remove something related to storage or boxes. 

Yes, clan war it is a bit bugged for years. Time to time the reward it is not right at any clan war position.
