As the game it is now, it is harder with less people playing but at R10 will be tuff. Grind a lot. Will need a bunch of MYTH max out parts. It is normal to have full max Myth at R10 with lack of modules or maybe with weak parts waiting for good ones, but it is normal to have full mech max out and are not Smurfs.
