problem ads

hi guys need some help i am no longer getting any ads at all in either campaign arena and now my token ads have disappeared  any help would be apprecaited

Hmm, I've never encountered this problem before.

1) Where do you play SM (in any browser/app)?

2) What is your platform? (android/ios)

My advice: Try clearing the cache and reinstalling the app

play both on pc and android i am habing the problem on both platforms

Have you watched more than 30 ads in a day? That is the limit and sometimes the option to watch more ads for rewards disappears as well.

no i can't get any ads thats the problem i have tried logging out and back in reinstalling on both pc and my phone nothing is working

 

i am not getting any ads i was using the ads for token award to save up tokens

Are you signed in via Google Play? Sometimes I don't get ads when I sign in using the Supermechs login and have to log back in using Google Play for ads.

yes i am signed into google play i just deleted the cache to see if that fixed it still the same
