Portals nowdays appear on holidays or special events

Like Halloween and Christmas portals happen on their respective day when special items and guaranteed fortune box

On Christmas you can get santa hat and snowball perk

On Halloween you get pumped torso perk

On old days from 2017 there's was portals for guaranteed mythical flamming hammer

For next portal no one knows
