This is the build I want to make. (dual frantic with no prem mods since I have no other good items and also I don't have the prem mods)
There are other variations of this build that could do well:

b. (dual armor dissolver)
c.
d.
I would think this is the best one out of all of them because of the cooling-to-cap and regen-to-cap ratio
But if you have any other suggestions for the build, let me know!
