I am linking my thread from yesterday:

Thing is - I wrote to ingame support  detailing the case and providing screenshots - except automatic robot reply I am still getting no response!

Is there anymore... "Sarah" support person ? - I remember other matters resolved in matter of hours - this is clear case of bug/glitch and I am severly demotivated, not to mention sense of unjust and damage.
