Can i make a phys mech out of this?

Maybe that if you have a tonto, you can change the legs that you will use but you will need to upgrade a rock recoiler for use this build .

Also you need to get a damaged armor dissolver .

( i'm just r12/13 actually so my advice is not reliable)

I does a windigo version and.. this look so pretty decent comparing the previous version ,also maybe replace the grappling by a damage armor dissolver when ruben will have one .

this is what you would have, i didnt equip night eagle since it would be too heavy and unreliable, also i added selfish since its easy to get (E-M).

it has some bad cooling and regen but you have to get premiums like quad core and overload preventor to make it look better.
