No, please no.  It's already, statistically, twice as powerful (even penalizing it for backfire) than all other physical weapons, if we're talking damage to weight ratio.

Statistically, the improvement to Swoop (for example) made that one nearly twice the damage to weight ratio of other drones.  I predict it will become META and nearly all heat mechs will carry one in the META list.
