what does the ladder rank in campaign do? and how do you make it higher?

my ladder rank in campaign is the lowest level, I don't know how to change that.

Just go to arena then do some matches and after making 3 wins you'll move up to a higher rank

thank you, but I am level 15 in arena, It showed up as level 25 in the campaign, but I think it was a glitch, bc its level 15 now.

It doesn't do anything as far as I know. It's also not working properly with the arena rank for some reason.
