Legacy Item Help.

Hello On Supermechs i am known as Darkdeo, I am a legacy player who has played since around 2015. I have had an issue that has not been resolved. I picked The game back up sometime after the big 2017 update. But unlike others it seems i Did not receive my Legacy items. The game started me off at level 30, With my old legacy rank in arena, But no legacy convertor or anything. I thought it was normal but after doing some looking around i see that it is not. I want to be able to have my Legacy items Converted, People say they Give you Kits in place for them, I received nothing. I Have been Trying to Fix this issue for sometime, I have sent messages in the in game support, emailed, done everything i can do. It seems i am always brushed off and no one gives me a strait answer. Am i able to get my Legacy stuff back or not?

Unfortunately, it looks like you won’t be able to get them back. From what you’ve described, it sounds like you didn’t log on to your account for more than two years. The game doesn’t keep backups for longer than two years, so your legacy items are no longer stored anywhere and you can’t get them back.

hmmm that is interesting, if that is the case i dont understand how the game was able to save my legacy rank. I started the game with nothing but i was rank 5.

rank is part of you game profile. items are not. like in most games. 

it's reasonable that your rank is still there because it's probably connected to your profile, but you items might be stored separately so......
