Has Frantic brute been nerfed?

Still deals tons of dmg on low levels (rank 13-15). Can turn my 1.3k hp mech into dust within 3 turns.

Although it hits 100 dmg. The damage is still high compared to its brute cousins. 

 

P.S. for those whom saying I'm just unlucky. I've encountered 2 mechs using 2 frantic brutes and both of them mostly deals 300 damage, but no lower than 100 damage.

they do about 200 minimum and 615 max with max Phys perk

if you can beat them join them I guess

i say maybe max both malice beams to drain them before they deal too much damage
