I’m just gonna revive this by saying: I like Team Fortress 2, but the game definitely has issues. Bots and lack of support from Valve are the 2 biggest issues plaguing the game, but there are smaller ones, such as lack of good cosmetics. Back to the topic of bots, the way Valve “prevented them” was by locking the chat to players who have not made an in-game purchase. As you might expect, this fixed absolutely nothing.
