yeah, that definitely uses a lot of the stuff i don't have. but, it's good to see some other mod setups.
for some reason, my alt really rarely gets engines. i have a lot of dual storage mods and regen mods. and 1 overload preventor from christmas.
i don't have any premium plates or protectors. also missing a recoiler (i think i can get one soon, tho)
the only heat drone i have on my alt is heatpoint. and judging my by record of getting heat drones, i won't get another one in at least 2 months.

Here’s a build if you insist on using Chaos Bringer. The Basalt Dissolver could be replaced with a Flaming Scope if you want potential burst damage over consistent damage w/ the res drainer.

Yes, I've been using them the whole tournament. The epic version that provided like 4 extra damage and 3 drain wasn't worth doubling the heat cost.
I wasn't upgrading them, they were that level the entire time.
