Idk it should be the opposite since the physical element had higher damage than the other 2 elements but instead those 2 fortresses had higher resistance to it

[How is raid score calculated/gauged?]

The score on your raid determines on how much HP you had lost on that raid which means it does affect it negatively and yes it is the same when having any backfire weapons and drones that you use on the raid which is why using those in the raid will have your score will be reduced more from the backfire
