    frantic can do critical dmg but night eagle has 3 uses and pull i do a math and frantic does 1200 dmg in all use and night eagle does more put recoiler if you want to use frantic

    no one likes it, especially low ranks yes i'd like to increase the arena xp, like 17000 per win? And decrease the bonus to 25%
