1)mech is great
removing energy resistance is a smart move cause you already are an energy drainer
But heat res is bad considering the fact that many people use heat builds in high ranks 
In my opinion you should remove some energy regen and change it with platinum plating cause 1900 hp isn't much 
300 energy regen is already enough to win
 (if you dont meet against a EMP user)
Windforge drone isn't that good nowadays i personally use face shocker or electrolyte
But in your build you are using recoiler so you should get yourself a rail gun drone it deals a lot damage and drains a lot of energy it's perfect for your build
2)mech 
Man in my opinion that scope build really lacks some items 
You dont have any weapon other than recoiler and bunker shell
If you meet someone like me
(a person who uses grim cobra) you will get killed easily 
Hugger builds can counter that EASILY
My reccomendation:If you want to have a scope build IT MUST BE PHYSICAL BUILD 
Cause enrgy and heat scopes dont deal enough dmg 
Lazy falcon and cockpit piercer are the goat weapons

 Welcome to the Top Guns Tournament! 🔫
Please carefully read this post as it contains important information you will need to know if you wish to participate. 
As in previous tournaments, you will all receive a brand new account which you will use for the tournament, it has boxes and stuff added already, and it will be banned after the competition is over. Please do not attempt to trade, sell, or share your password - as all of those lead to automatic disqualification. Going to the arena (real battles) is not allowed! Therefore upgrading arena shop is also not allowed. 
The rules
Build a mech using level 1 epic, rare or common items. Rare and common items can be upgraded, epic ones not.  You are allowed to use ONLY TOP WEAPONS of any kind. Choose wisely which ones. You are allowed to use specials of any kind: teleport, charge, hook and drone.  Do not use legendary or mythical items on your build.  Once the applying time is up, you can no longer change your build and you must use it in battles without any changes made.  Fight the assigned opponent to get to the next round until there is a single winner left. There is a time period you have to fight your opponent; it starts after the pairs have been published and lasts 48h. It's up to you when you decide to fight. After the fight, please post who won and the replay code so we can make sure everything is okay.  Any sort of cheating or attempts to cheat will lead to automatic disqualification.  How to apply: 
You can apply to participate in the tournament by clicking on this link: https://community.supermechs.com/knowledgebase/tgt-mech-submission/ which will take you to the usual form we use. 
Please put your FORUM NAME into the title and ID number in the text. Make ONLY ONE application and use it for the duration of your participation. 
You will receive your account details in that form, as well as post mech pictures when the time comes. 
THE FORM WILL BE OPEN FOR 5 DAYS, STARTING NOW.  
You can participate only once. One person - one application. 
I will ask everyone to confirm their participation BEFORE the account distribution starts, I will post in this thread to let everyone know, make sure you stay updated with my posts.

Specter roar is a physical side weapon (nice repetition with the title ) which is very heavy and that have a hight energy cost, but this weapon can inflict very good damage and consistently.
Not sure that the weapon is balanced.

I remade Vandal Rage into a premium version of it! Instead of doing high cooling damage, it does high resistance drain damage.

wow. time for phys competition. Nice weapon. I like the damage and weight too. I think resistance can be a bit upper but ok. 🤗 I have some tokens to get it. 🍻
