think in pure stats, the best is the sparked runner, very light and allows you to move 3 "zone".
BUT with these legs, impossible to use the weapon which requires a jump that's why I share my 2nd proposal:
Simply the legs that have the best ratio between weight and hp.

I had planned a while ago to redo the design of one of my torsos: magma cooling mask, if at the time I found it nice, now compared to what I do today..

I haven't have charge on the first mech (missing weight for it) and also

I have just finished the art, at least for the moment I don't really see any improvements to be made apart of course always more details but that takes multiple hours of work.. well maybe I would do a redesign in updating this topic but lazy..especially since I have their epic and legendary form to do.
