Short answer to most of your questions is no. There are no developers is why there are no changes. 
 
If anything they would have to hire developers to reboot from scratch but I doubt there is enough revenue from the game to do this. 
 
think of super mechs like the original super Mario brothers game. The game hasn’t changed since 1985 and people still play it. It is just a fraction of the people who played it in its prime and it shall never change.

Unless the admins listen properly, or has finally shifted from BattleDawn 2 (which probably is), then there won't be.
Still dissatisfied upon the current state of SM even if there is a new update if moderators and admins did not balance arena.

I am to know if the developper have a plan for a enormus update to SM for next year. 
Will be more item added one day? Will the web version web will be replace with HTML5 or other since Flash is a in EOL and block and no longer secure. Or other project like a sequel to Super Mechs (SM 2?) or a playable legacy version? I hope for the best of the game and for the future of the gam

I remember when Bobson made such fun and troll-y builds, was always a headache to fight him but it was kinda fun-

I agree, it's unfair, but it's not even cheats, it's bugs, that is, they are bug-users, I think for using this players should get bans first for 3 days, then for 7 days and then pernament, if the developers don't care, then maybe at least you (like u warrior u using another acc ujjjiii for ap) players using the bug system ap have a conscience. it is also not only a bug-using, but also multiaccs (1 player can have 10 accs for example for ap)

It will be 2025 until  they update the game maybe.
