Account recovery

Hello everyone, so I have come to ask you a question because in fact I would like to be able to connect on PC but the problem is that the email address does not work whereas on my phone I am indeed connected because I I have "play games" and so there you go and on "play games" I have the email address but when I want to recover my password on PC it doesn't work because I think the email address is not syncronized I think I don't know..

And so I would like to know if you have any hypotheses and/or solutions.

For information I have my nickname and email.

do you have the account ID number? 

Having proper e-mail use when account was created and username it should allow you to get password reset. 

Talk to the staff and might help you out.
